About Me

Veronica Bishop Consulting was founded in May of 2017 by Fairhope native, Veronica Bishop. As owner and operator of Coastal Alabama Event, she has over 20 years of event management experience.


Veronica began her career at Delphi Electronics serving on the Employee Recreation Council board. She knew right away that event planning came natural to her when she began coordinating events for 500+ people with ease.


in 2001, Veronica's family transformed a portion of their working agricultural farm in Fairhope, Ala., into an all occasion venue, Oak Hollow Farm. Veronica assisted in executing events including weddings, all occasion parties and company meetings.


Veronica's education accomplishments include a degree from the University of South Alabama in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and minor in Business Management.


Before devoting her work full-time to Veronica Bishop Consulting, Veronica served as the Public Relations Manager for Spectrum Resorts at Turquoise Place in Orange Beach, Ala and The Beach Club in Gulf Shores, Ala. 


Veronica's passion and knowledge allows her to spend time doing what she loves, cooordinating public relations and special events. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and taking advantage of time at the beach and on her family's farm.
